Free school uniforms and materials
The costs of uniforms, materials and school fees can prevent children from attending school simply because their families can’t afford them. At Eco Moyo, we remove this barrier so that children have the opportunity to learn.
The only “school fee” our parents are paying is to help is collect firewood for the school kitchen three times a year.

Nutritious breakfast and lunch
We provide breakfast and lunch every day to both our students and staff. For some students, these meals can be the only food they get throughout the day, making them essential for their health and learning.
Having meals at school means students don’t have to go home to uncertain meals or spend the whole day hungry.

Extracurricular clubs and activities
At Eco Moyo, our extracurricular clubs are an important part of the education. They offer students opportunities to grow personally and develop essential skills beyond the classroom.
Through activities like football, taekwondo, arts and crafts, agriculture-computer- and English clubs, our students learn teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills while exploring their passions, building confidence and developing a positive self-image.

A safe and caring environment
Unlike overcrowded classrooms with up to 120 students, our classes are limited to 25 students. This allow us to build personal connections with each child, providing the support and attention they need.
Eco Moyo is a safe and caring space for children in a community affected by poverty, with challenges like alcoholism, abuse and teenage pregnancies.

Free uniform and school materials
We provide all students with free school uniforms and all the materials they need, including exam fees.
In many schools, these costs can prevent children from attending because their families simply can’t afford them. At Eco Moyo, we remove this barrier so that every child has the opportunity to learn.
