Workshop Area

Thanks to the Eco Moyo Auction, we have successfully constructed our new workshop area, featuring two spacious classrooms designed for art, carpentry, and practical skills activities.

Even before the construction's completion, the enthusiasm of both students and staff was truly contagious. They eagerly gathered after school to explore these new tools and immerse themselves in crafting activities. The interest has been so strong that parents have expressed their desire for idle youth to join. However, due to financial limitations, we're currently unable to accommodate these additional participants.

Moreover, beyond regular classes, we've introduced the Creative Club, an extracurricular activity that takes place twice a week after school hours. This initiative provides students with even more exciting opportunities for creative engagement and skill development.

In numerous Kenyan schools, creative pursuits are often overlooked and considered less important compared to traditional academic subjects. This contradicts our perspective on the immense significance of these skills in adulthood and problem-solving.
