This building was constructed in November 2018 as a part of a workshop run by architects Dagur Eggertsson and Sami Rintala (Rintala Eggertsson Architects).

 

Students joined the course through NTNU in Trondheim (Norwegian University of Science and Technology). They designed the hut on site and participated in the fysical building process together with local workers.

The building has two stories and a total of 6 beds. The second floor gives a beautiful view to the forest area below and you can even see the indian ocean on a clear day!
